Meet Our Team

Rosie joined Timmins Animal Hospital in 1988.  She has worked in a variety of roles and brings a wealth of animal behaviour knowledge to the team.

In addition to working at the clinic, Rosie has taught dog obedience classes with the City of Timmins for 33 years.

When she's not at work, Rosie enjoys her camp in the summer and time with her family. She also likes spending time with her dogs, Fancy, a Shetland Sheepdog, and Rawley, a German Shepherd, as well as various shelties. She is an accomplished dog show enthusiast and owner of Rivermyst Registered Shetland Sheepdogs.

Vicki earned a diploma in Business Administration - Marketing and is certified in both Bowen therapy and POUND group fitness instruction. She was born and raised in South Porcupine and held various office positions  before joining Timmins Animal Hospital in 2006.

When she is not at work, Vicki enjoys biking, cooking, travelling, attending live concerts and spending time with her family and their Sheltie, The Mighty Bolt.

Emily graduated from University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus in 2014 with a Veterinary Office Administration Certificate. She worked as a full-time veterinarian receptionist and assistant for four years in the Niagara Region. She eventually chose to pursue a career as an advisor in the banking field. After a few short years and a move to Northern Ontario, her love of working with animals called her back.

Emily joined our team in January 2022 and with her past knowledge and skills, has been an incredible asset to our team.  At home, she and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hunting, fishing or gardening. They are kept busy on their small hobby farm, “Agnew Acres”.  Emily has several dogs of her own, but you can often find her accompanied by her faithful Golden Retriever, Riley.

Vanessa graduated from Collège Boréal in May 2021 with a diploma in Veterinary Technician Studies. She soon after, joined our clinic for a full-time position in July.

When not at work, she enjoys horseback riding, hunting, fishing and spending time with family. She has two 2 dogs, a Lab named Roxy and a Pomeranian mix named Koda.

Sarah graduated from St Lawrence College in 2015 with a Veterinary Assistant diploma. She volunteered at a variety of jobs in the field until joining our team in September 2017.

When she is not at work, Sarah enjoys knitting, silk screening and other arts and crafts. She has two cats named Derpy and Sweet Pea and a French Bulldog named Mable Pancakes.
